Mae clymblaid flaenllaw o arbenigwyr wedi rhoi eu cynigion ar sut orau i wella system addysg Cymru.
Yn ei adroddiad sefydlu i’r sector, gwnaeth Comisiwn Addysg Cymru annog gweinidogion i ystyried y ‘strwythurau ymarferol’ sydd eu hangen ar gyfer cefnogi gwella ysgolion, gan argymell datblygu “ fframwaith arweiniol” er mwyn tanategu amcanion cenedlaethol.
Meddai’r Comisiwn, sy’n dod â meddylwyr addysgol at ei gilydd o bob rhan o’r byd, bod meithrin gallu o fewn system addysg Cymru yn “anhepgor” os ydym am weithredu’n llwyddiannus agenda diwygio uchelgeisiol Llywodraeth Cymru.
